“Login to Win with Mandala” promo is open to all Mandala Airline guests who correctly follow the conditions above. For prizewinners, gift certificates will be valid for three months from the date of issue.

Tickets are valid for six months once exchanged, and are dependant on the availability of Mandala Airlines flights. The ticket is not valid for travel on blackout dates or during peak periods. After the tickets are issued, they are no longer transferable and are non-reroutable, non-rebookable, non-convertible to cash and not for sale. The winner shall be responsible for their travel-related documents, clearances and expenses. Claim period is within 30 days upon date of notification. Prizes not claimed within this period shall be forfeited. The judge’s decision in this promotion is final.
