July 1st, 2009 by admin

Mandala plans to strengthen its Customer Management System by significantly bolstering its direct communication services to passengers. In essence, this means improving two-way communications by email through ceo@ mandalaair.com, via website at www.mandalaair.com and through its 24-hour call centre on the following number: (0)804 123 4567.

Diono continued, “In conjunction with Mandala’s anniversary, we are preparing surprises across our flight routes within Indonesia as a form of appreciation to passengers for flying with us.” These include door prizes and lucky draws for passengers traveling to Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Batam, Bengkulu, Denpasar, Jakarta, Jambi, Jogyakarta, Kupang, Medan, Padang, Pangkalpinang, Pekanbaru, Pontianak, Semarang, Surabaya and Tarakan.

Mandala performed a series of internal and external anniversary activities, including an employee appreciation day, tag-line and jingle competitions, a futsal friendly match between the national media and Mandala’s corporate clients, and special activities for orphanages in Jakarta.

Mandala is also collaborating with partners to support the implementation of a greening program in Indonesia. Diono said shareholders had asked employees to mark Mandala’s anniversary as a moment for self reflection, in a bid to perform even better for the company and to provide the best passenger service possible.
